Born in Ukraine in 1992, Anna Dmytrenko has dedicated her life to music from a young age. As a concert pianist, Anna has performed at such renowned venues as the Kimmel Center of Performing Arts, Lincoln Center, Carnegie Hall, Salle Cortot, Yamaha Salon, Steinway Hall, St James’s Piccadilly, Temple Emanu-El and Salmagundi Club in New York.

 

While studying in London for her Bachelor’s degree, she enjoyed performing both solo and chamber music around the UK in places such as St. Paul’s Bedford, Windsor Parish Church, St. Mary’s Perivale, St. Martin-in-the-Fields, Colston Hall, Steinway Hall, and Regent Hall, amongst others.

Anna won prizes in many international piano competitions - amongst them were first places at the Dorothy MacKenzie Artist Recognition Competition, Viardo International Piano Competition, and Bradshaw and Buono International Piano Competition. As a result of the third prize at the New York International Piano Competition, Anna was featured on the McGraw-Hill Companies Young Artists Showcase on WQXR radio.In 2015, she became a 1st  place winner of the American Prize in Piano Performance (solo, College/University Division). Most recently, Anna was awarded 1st prize by “Manhattan International Artists” (2016). 

             

Anna began her studies at the Mariupol School of Music in Ukraine. Following her relocation to the United States, she furthered her musical education at the Delaware Music School as a pupil of David Brown and Jeanne Pascal. In 2004, Anna was admitted to the Juilliard School Pre-College Division to study under scholarship with Oxana Yablonskaya.

 

Most recently, she has completed her studies at the Royal Academy of Music in London in class of Christopher Elton and received a Bachelor’s degree with Regents award. She is currently based in Berlin, Germany, where she is working on a Master’s Degree at the University of the Arts with Pascal Devoyon.
